China Healthcare Support/Visit Support

Non-Medical Visit Support

Your Medical Care Is the Hospital's Responsibility. Your Practical Arrangements Are Ours.

Independent, non-medical support for patients and accompanying family members visiting China.

Travelling abroad for medical care involves more than choosing a hospital.

Transportation, accommodation, registration procedures and daily arrangements can be challenging for international visitors.

YUNCHA provides practical local support so visitors can focus on their appointments and personal needs.

Pricing

Our Seven-Day Visit Support

One transparent base figure, with everything that sits outside it stated plainly.

From USD 13,000 per agreed visit

Covering up to seven days of non-medical support.

Minimum fee
The minimum service fee applies even if the actual stay is shorter.
Additional days
Charged separately, quoted in advance.
Out-of-scope services
Quoted separately and only after you agree to them in writing.
Medical fees
Not included. Patients pay medical charges directly to their chosen hospital.
Written proposal
Exact inclusions, accommodation costs, third-party expenses and exclusions are confirmed in writing before booking.

Two things this price does not mean

It is not a medical package. No part of the fee buys treatment, priority access or a clinical outcome. Hospital charges are separate and are paid by you to the hospital.

Seven days is our service period, not a treatment window. We do not claim that medical treatment, recovery or fitness to return home can necessarily be completed within seven days. That determination belongs to your treating doctors.

Hotel and transport charges are quoted as part of your written proposal. Nothing is implied to be included beyond what that proposal states.

Process

How It Works

Five steps. You can stop at any of them — including after step one.

Explore the hospital

Review independent and official hospital information. Our hospital facts page collects the sources in one place so you can check them yourself.

Confirm medical arrangements

Contact the hospital through its official channels to clarify appointment availability, registration requirements and medical suitability. YUNCHA can assist with administrative coordination where permitted — we cannot make clinical determinations or speak for the hospital.

Discuss your practical needs

Tell us your expected dates, number of travellers and required non-medical support. You do not need to send medical records or a detailed medical history at this stage.

Receive a written proposal

We confirm service scope, pricing, exclusions and responsibilities before any commitment. You decide whether to proceed after reading it.

Visit China

Our local team delivers the agreed non-medical support. Medical care is provided by the hospital and its qualified professionals.
