1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of custom keepsake products from Onsight (operated by Yun Global Services, "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products & Material Disclosure

• All photo keepsakes are made of high-clarity glass — not natural quartz crystal. This disclosure forms part of every sale.
• The Photo Keepsake (US $329) is a 7.9"/200 mm piece, 20 mm thick, weighing approximately 1.8 kg (3.98 lb) net including its wood base, with your full-color image sealed between two layers of high-clarity glass and a solid wood display base; it includes a free digital proof before production and a free remake if the item arrives damaged or does not match your approved preview.
• Product images on this website are actual photographs; sample photos shown in product images are examples — your keepsake is made with your own photo.

3. Custom Orders & Quotations

• Our standard piece is the 7.9"/200 mm keepsake, 20 mm thick. Custom projects — different sizes, shapes, batch orders, or other applications such as medals, awards, or corporate commemorative pieces — are welcome and quoted individually on request.
• For custom quotations, the price confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before payment prevails.
• We will confirm your photo and layout with you before production begins.

4. Your Photos — Rights & Responsibility

• You confirm that you own the rights to, or are authorized to use, every photo you submit for customization.
• We use submitted photos solely to produce your order. We do not resell, publish, or share your photos with third parties.
• We may decline photos that are unlawful or infringe the rights of others.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are listed in US dollars. Custom quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

6. Production & Delivery

• Standard editions are produced after photo confirmation; a confirmed delivery estimate is provided with your order confirmation.
• Each item is quality-checked before dispatch from East China and shipped worldwide with tracking.

7. Returns & Remakes

• Because every item is made to order with your personal photo, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
• If an item arrives damaged, or does not match the confirmed specification or our material disclosure (high-clarity glass), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll remake it free.
• Minor variations in color, clarity or finish are natural characteristics of high-clarity glass and are not defects.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
