No. Every piece is produced only after your customer orders it. You never buy or store finished goods, and nothing is made in advance.

Yes. We can ship straight to your end customer or client with tracking. You don’t have to receive, store or re-ship the product.

Yes. Neutral outer packaging carries no Onsight branding, so the piece arrives as if it came from you. Inserts and presentation cards can be discussed by arrangement. The product itself is one fixed specification, so every order comes out consistent.

Your company name, what you sell, and roughly how many you expect to move. That’s enough for us to come back with partner pricing. There’s no contract to sign and no inventory commitment.

15–18 days from approval of the preview to delivery, shipped with tracking. Each piece is made individually, which is why the clock starts at approval rather than at order placement.

We remake it free. That covers damage in transit and a finished piece that doesn’t match the preview that was approved. Send a photo and we remake it — you don’t have to argue the point with us.

No. It is high-clarity glass — not natural quartz crystal. Two layers, 20 mm thick, with the photograph sealed between them. We say this on every page, not in the fine print.

No. It is not a black-and-white laser engraving and not a print that sits on the surface. The full-color photograph is sealed inside the glass, so it cannot be scratched away.
