What Aftercare Providers Ask First

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. MOQ is one piece. You can offer it to a single family first and scale only if it works for you. There is no upfront stock purchase.

Do we need to hold inventory?

No. Each piece is produced only after a family orders it. You never buy or store finished goods.

Can it be shipped directly to the family?

Yes. We ship straight to the family’s address with tracking, and neutral outer packaging means Onsight branding does not appear on the box.

How is our family’s photo handled?

The photograph is used only to prepare the preview and produce the piece. Nothing else. Nothing is produced until the preview is approved.

How long does it take?

15–18 days from approval of the preview to delivery, shipped with tracking. Each piece is made individually.

What if a piece arrives damaged?

We remake it free. Send a photo and we remake it — no family should receive a broken piece.
