Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order and no upfront stock purchase. One order in, one finished piece out. Start with a single order and scale only if it sells.
Can I see a finished piece before I offer it to my customers?
Yes, and we recommend it. Send us a photo and we’ll prepare a preview of the finished piece first. If you want a physical piece in your hands, tell us in the form and we’ll quote it with your partner pricing.
Can the packaging be unbranded?
Yes. Neutral outer packaging is available, so the shipment arrives without Onsight branding on the box. Your customer receives it as if it came from you.
Can I put my own brand name on the product?
The piece itself is produced to one fixed specification — 7.9″ / 200 mm, 20 mm thick — so every order comes out consistent. Neutral packaging and unbranded presentation are available, and we’re open to discussing packaging cards or inserts. Tell us what you have in mind.
How long does an order take?
Delivery is normally 15–18 days from the moment your customer approves the preview — that is door to door, not production time plus shipping. Each piece is made individually, which is why the timeline starts at approval rather than at order placement. Every shipment goes out with tracking. Outside the United States and other main markets, delivery can take a little longer; when it does, we email your team the updated timing before the piece ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is available and U.S. direct delivery is available. Shipping cost is quoted before the order is confirmed, and shipping terms for partner orders are confirmed together with your partner pricing.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged, or doesn’t look like the preview?
We remake it free. That applies to damage in transit and to a finished piece that doesn’t match the preview your customer approved. You don’t have to argue the point with us — send a photo and we remake it.
What do I need to send you for each order?
The photograph and the delivery address. If the photo needs work — background removal, cropping, composition — we prepare a preview first and nothing goes into production until it’s approved. Your customer must have the right to use the photograph.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your company name, what you sell, and roughly how many you expect to move. That’s enough for us to come back with numbers. There’s no contract to sign and no inventory commitment.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are confirmed together with your partner pricing, before you begin. There is no upfront inventory purchase and no commitment to a volume you haven’t sold yet.
