Why it takes 15–18 days

Each photo keepsake is individually made from your photograph and finished by hand. It is not a stock item pulled from a shelf. Production starts only after you approve your preview, and the piece is inspected and packed by hand before it leaves.

• Preview before production
• Updates during production
• Tracking after shipment

Packaging

Your piece arrives in protective presentation packaging, in a solid wood base. If it arrives damaged — or doesn’t match your approved preview — see our Damage & Replacement Policy: we remake it free.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you approve your order. We ship to the address you give us and cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.
